In-app help
- Reset your password — open the app, tap Sign in → Forgot password, and enter your email.
- Pair a new device — open the app, go to Settings → Devices → Add new device, and follow the steps. The hardware only needs to be powered on for pairing.
- Export your data — Settings → Data export, then pick PDF or CSV.
- Change language or tariff — Settings → Preferences.
- Delete your account — Settings → Privacy → Delete Account, or see our account-deletion page.
Hardware issues
- Check the device is powered (the LED should be on).
- Make sure your phone has internet so the app can fetch the latest readings.
- If readings stop for more than 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a technician visit.
